Living on Campus

From an expansive Student Center that redefines how you hang out, to innovation-driven residence halls, to a fitness center that overlooks the college green, living on campus is packed with the kind of amenities you need for a rich, vibrant experience as a resident. The New England Tech campus is designed to make the most of social spaces and collaboration opportunities, while still giving you the quiet and focus you need to concentrate on your studies.

Living on-campus also means you get to participate in activities explicitly created with New England Tech residents in mind. Join in on the fun with friends and your favorite RAs to truly create memories that last a lifetime. Featured events have included Midnight Breakfast, Mocktails After Dark, Destressing with Desserts and Duck Hunt, where residents went on a campus-wide scavenger hunt to exchange rubber ducks for prizes.

Residence Hall Staff

A Message from the Director of Residence Life

Hello, I’m Danielly Jamous, the Director of Residence Life.

I am responsible for the management of a comprehensive residence life program for ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø’s Meltzer Residence Hall, including overseeing housing assignment process, administering policies and procedures, sponsoring educational and social activities, and managing conduct concerns for resident students.

The primary goal of the Office of Residence Life is to provide a comfortable environment where resident students can chill, make friends, have fun and extend their learning beyond the classroom. At New England Tech, we are committed to building a community that creates lasting memories for our residents. In addition to serving as a resource, our Residence Life staff will be hosting programs and advising the hall council, where all resident students can get involved in developing the community.

Originally from Plymouth, MA, I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. I was a Hall Director at SUNY Cobleskill and Providence College, where I also received my master’s degree. Prior to starting ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø, I was the Assistant Director of Residential Life at Florida International University. I have been in the student affairs field for over 10 years, and I am excited to be New England Tech’s first Director of Residence Life! My family is also part of the New England Tech residential community, as we are living in the residence hall as well. We look forward to welcoming you to campus! Please feel me to contact me with any questions at [email protected].
