Frank RaposaFrank comes to ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø with experience in both the Information Technology industry and as a paramedic.

At American Power Conversion (APC), he was a Desktop Support Analyst, providing technical assistance to end users and, as Senior Events & Sponsorships Manager, where he worked to integrate new technologies to increase efficiency while reducing operating costs.

After becoming certified as an Emergency Medical Technician, he worked for an ambulance service and then for South Kingstown EMS. In his position as a paramedic, he was called upon to rapidly assess and treat life threatening illness or injury. He was also called upon for his IT skills to troubleshoot networks and to address communication issues between computers, cell phones and cardiac monitors.

Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Sciences from the University of Rhode Island. He is also certified as an EMT – Paramedic, with licenses in RI and CT and is on the National Registry. He is also Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified. He has been a volunteer EMT, working at the University of Rhode Island EMS as Vice-Commander and as President of the Charlestown Rescue.
